2-Year Warranty

Quaxpire has 2-year warranty for all of our LED lights. The warranty starts on the date of original purchase, and ends one year after the date of original purchase—even if it was replaced during that warranty period.

If a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning, Quaxpire requires clear photo documentation and order confirmation to expedite the warranty process.

30 Days Easy Return 

Here at Quaxpire, our team understands that there is nothing quite like owning a product to find out just how necessary—or unnecessary—it may be. For that reason, we offer a 30-day return policy on all our products.

Please check the product and it's complete accessories as soon as you receive the package if you need to file for a return! Also note that in case of return any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Remember, the parcel cannot be returned if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process which ensure that product being shipped are in perfect condition.

You may return any Quaxpire products within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price  (Shipping fee will not be refunded). The return item must be in new and working condition as well as in its original packaging. Quaxpire does not provide return shipping labels for returns. Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days have passed. 

In case a defective, damaged and missing parts in your parcel is discovered, please contact our customer service at quaxpire@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving your item. Otherwise we will not be liable.
